If you are planning to visit Dubai then you must know that the best time to do so would be in the winters, that is in the months of November to April. November to March :

This is is the time of Dubai winters making it a great time for the tourists to visit. This is the time when one can try many great outdoor activities at this time. The famous Dubai Shopping Festival is also held at the time of Jaunary-February. However, Dubai gets bit crowded at this time and since this is the time of peak season so everything is bit expensive at this time. We suggest you to book well in advance to avoid last minute rush.

April to October:

This is the summer time in Dubai when the temperature is bit high. One cannot enjoy the outdoor activities at this time since it is too hot. However the malls can be visited as they are air conditioned and one can have some awesome shopping at this time!
