Welcome to Sharp Travels (India) Limited. By accessing our website, making an enquiry, or booking any travel service with us, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. We recommend that you read them carefully before making any reservation.

1. Booking & Payment Policy

• A minimum advance payment of 25% of the total tour cost is required to confirm any tour booking.
• 100% payment is required at the time of booking for flights, train tickets, cruises, visas, travel insurance, and other non-refundable services.
• The balance amount must be paid before the tour commencement date or as advised by the company.
• Sharp Travels reserves the right to cancel any booking if payments are not received within the stipulated timelines.

2. Pricing & Availability

• All prices are subject to availability and may change without prior notice until the booking is confirmed.
• Hotel rates, airfare, taxes, visa fees, foreign exchange fluctuations, and government levies are subject to revision and may affect the final package cost.
• Any increase in supplier charges after confirmation may be charged additionally to the client.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancellation charges will be applicable as per the cancellation policy mentioned in the booking confirmation.
• Flight tickets, train tickets, cruise bookings, visas, and other supplier services shall be governed by their respective cancellation rules.
• Service fees, processing charges, visa fees, and bank charges are non-refundable.
• Eligible refunds will be processed within 15 working days from the receipt of a written cancellation request.

4. Travel Documents & Responsibilities

• Clients are solely responsible for ensuring that they possess valid passports, visas, permits, travel insurance, vaccination certificates, and any other required travel documents.
• Sharp Travels shall not be liable for losses arising from incomplete documentation, denied boarding, visa refusal, or entry restrictions imposed by authorities.

5. Visa Disclaimer

• Visa approval is solely at the discretion of the concerned Embassy, Consulate, or Immigration Authority.
• Sharp Travels (India) Limited does not guarantee visa approval under any circumstances.
• Any financial loss arising from visa rejection, delay, or refusal shall be borne by the client.

6. Limitation of Liability

• Sharp Travels acts only as an intermediary between clients and service providers, including airlines, hotels, transport operators, cruise lines, and other travel partners.
• The company shall not be liable for any injury, loss, damage, delay, cancellation, accident, natural disaster, political unrest, pandemic, strike, or any event beyond its reasonable control.
• Any claims related to services provided by third-party suppliers shall be subject to the terms and conditions of those suppliers.

7. Privacy & Data Protection

• Personal information collected from clients is used solely for booking, operational, legal, and customer service purposes.
• Information may be shared with airlines, hotels, embassies, transport providers, insurance companies, and other travel partners as required to deliver the requested services.
• Sharp Travels is committed to safeguarding customer information and maintaining confidentiality in accordance with applicable laws.

8. Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, graphics, logos, images, brochures, designs, trademarks, and other materials, are the exclusive property of Sharp Travels (India) Limited and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

9. Payment Security

• Clients are advised to make payments only to the official bank accounts of Sharp Travels (India) Limited.
• The company shall not be responsible for payments made to personal accounts or communications conducted through unauthorized email addresses or channels.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising in connection with our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi, India.
